Common Questions

What's the difference between the plans?
Start ($59) suits an owner-operator: 2 office users and 1 truck. Pro ($89) adds billing automation, replying to customers and the rest of the automated alerts, with 3 users and 2 trucks. Crew ($199) has unlimited users and trucks. Employees, customers and addresses are unlimited on every plan.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You'll be prompted to pick a plan and enter a card — from $59/month. If you decide not to continue, your account simply stops — no charges, no cancellation fees. We don't auto-charge without you knowing it's coming.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Create your account and get full access for 14 days with no card required. You only enter payment info if you decide to keep going after the trial.
How many users can I add?
Office users: 2 on Start, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Crew. Technicians using the tech app are unlimited on every plan, and so are customers and addresses — you are never billed per user or per customer.
Where does it work?
PestBossPro works in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK, and bills your customers in their own currency. The texts included in every plan cover the US and Canada.
What's the texting pricing?
In the US and Canada, Start includes 500 texts a month, Pro 1,000, and Crew 2,000 — sent and received. A text is 160 characters; a longer one counts as two. If you go over, you can add blocks of 500 for $15 each.
How does auto-routing pricing work?
Start includes 50 auto-routes a month, Pro 100, and Crew 1,000. Go over and 250 more are added automatically for $5 - your office is never stopped mid-day. Smart Lasso map selections are unlimited on every plan.
Are there any contracts or annual commitments?
None. Month to month, always. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
Does this work for my kind of pest control company?
Yes. Quarterly, bi-monthly and monthly residential service, mosquito programs, rodent bait-station programs, termite and WDI inspections, one-time ant, wasp and bed bug jobs, and commercial accounts all run the same way — a service, the property measurements, a price and a place on the Waiting List or the schedule. It works for a one-truck owner-operator or a company running a handful of trucks.
Does it keep chemical application records?
Yes. When a tech completes a treatment that used a tracked product, PestBossPro keeps the application record — the mix, each product with its active ingredient, EPA reg. no. and rate, the amount applied, the area treated, the target pest, wind and temperature, and the technician and license number. It helps you keep the records many states require; check your state lead agency’s rules and the product label for exactly what yours must include.
Can I bill a restaurant group or property manager once a month?
Yes. Set each restaurant group, apartment complex or property manager up as a Monthly account. Every service at every one of their locations goes on ONE statement each month, with each line labeled with the address.
How does quarterly service work?
Each recurring account has a minimum number of days between visits — 90 for quarterly, 60 for bi-monthly, 30 for monthly. When an account comes due it shows up on the Waiting List and its pin turns due on the live map, then overdue past a 7-day grace. Circle an area on the map, schedule it onto a truck, and the stops drop onto the dispatch board in route order. The card on file can be charged when each service is completed.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes. Bring your customer list over from a spreadsheet or a CSV export from your old software on any plan.
